1. Unique diamond lattice coating:
DDP diamond lattice dispensing paper forms a unique insulating structure by coating special modified epoxy resin in diamond lattice shape on high performance insulating paper. This structure not only improves the insulating properties, but also promotes the oil immersion and gas discharge from the insulating material, effectively avoiding the occurrence of corona and local discharge phenomena.
2. Excellent insulating properties:
Special modified epoxy resin has good insulating properties, which can ensure that DDP diamond lattice dispensing paper maintains a stable insulation effect under high-voltage environment, preventing current leakage and short-circuit phenomena.
3. Reliable adhesion:
In the process of use, the coating layer of DDP diamond lattice dispensing paper will begin to melt at a certain temperature and produce adhesion. As the temperature rises, the coating layer will begin to solidify again, so that the adjacent layers of the winding are reliably bonded into a fixed unit. This adhesion enhances the stability and durability of the insulation structure.

DDP diamond lattice dispensing paper is able to maintain stable performance in high-temperature environments and is not susceptible to aging and failure. Description: 
Diamond Dotted Insulation Paper is also called DDP. It is produced by coating modified epoxy-resin in diamond-dotted patterns on electrical insulating paper, the epoxy adhesive is applied to both sides of the paper in a diamond pattern consisting of 9.5mm x 9.5mm diamonds with 15.9mm center spacing. This Design improves the mechanical strength of oil-immersed transformer winding without reducing partial discharge levels. Due to the use of epoxy-resin, this diamond dotted insulation paper is also commonly referred to as  epoxy diamond dotted paper. 

Advantage:
In the process of coil desiccation, the coated epoxy-resin would be melted in a certain temperature and become adhesive. With the temperature increased, the melted resin would cure to C-stage, and firmly adhere each adjoining layer of the coil, thus forming a winding section. If a short circuit occurs in the coil, the resin bond strength would sufficiently prevent the displacement of each winding layer, which ensures the long-term mechanical and physical properties of the insulation structure. As the resin coating distributes in a diamond-dotted pattern, little quantity of the resin would soak into the insulating paper during the melting and curing process, which ensures the elimination of air content in the insulating paper and guarantees the soakage of oil, minimizing the damages of corona and partial discharge.

Applications:
Diamond dotted paper is suitable for turn-to-turn insulation of coil wires on oil-immersed power transformers and suitable for layer insulation of coils on distribution transformers.

2.1 Curing: 90℃±2 ℃／3h firstly , then130℃±5℃/6h,  or according customer needs
2.2 Storage: ≤40℃, dry, clean in warehouse. Avoid fire, heat and sunlight.
2.3 Storage life: 12 months. Still effective if qualified in retest after 12 months.
