Product Description
Pressboard is made of 100% imported unbleached sulphate wood pulp 
Electrical Pressboard Paper, as an indispensable dielectric material for oil-immersed transformer insulation, is produced from 100% unbleached cellulose taken from long fiber coniferous wood. This is structured into a fibrous tissue without additional adhesive and then pressed. Its excellent chemical purity, mechanical strength and optimum oil impregnability make the product be widely used in electrical transmission and distribution equipment like Power Transformers, Shunt Reactors and Instrument Transformers etc.

Applications

Such highly economical grade of rigid electrical insulation is manufactured in accordance with a number of international standards (including IEC 60641-3-1: 1992 Type B.3.1 and DIN 7733 Type PSP 3052) and is a 105ºC rated (Class A) electrical insulation material. It is widely used in electrical transmission and distribution equipment, and typical applications for this rigid insulation material include:Phase barriers ,Step blocks,Washers,Discs,Blocks,Rings,Clamping platers,Coil supports,Collars,Radial spaces and key strips

6641 F-CLASS DMD Insulating composite paper
