·  High bonding strength:The phlogopite mica sheet is bonded using high-temperature silicone resin adhesive, which has high bonding strength and can ensure structural solidity in various applications.

·  Excellent temperature resistance:The temperature resistance grade reaches class H (usually corresponds to a long-term working temperature of 180°C), and can withstand 700–1000°C instantaneous high heat, which is suitable for electrical equipment working in extreme high-temperature environments.

·  Good chemical resistance:Characterized by oil resistance, moisture resistance, weak acid resistance and arc erosion resistance, it can maintain stable performance in various chemical media.

·  Excellent electrical properties:The inorganic mica matrix has outstanding dielectric strength, surface leakage resistance, arc resistance and other characteristics, even under continuous high temperature, which is an excellent high-temperature insulating material.

Product Description :

Gloden mica sheet is a high-performance inorganic insulating material. It is fabricated by laminating premium gloden mica papers with high-temperature resistant silicone resin as the bonding agent, followed by precisely controlled baking curing and hot pressing processes.

This material integrates exceptional electrical insulation, outstanding mechanical properties and excellent thermal stability, and delivers reliable performance even under harsh operating conditions. It boasts high dielectric strength, low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss, and maintains stable insulating properties consistently in high-voltage, high-frequency and high-temperature environments. Chemically, it has superior stability with strong resistance to strong acids and strong alkalis, retaining consistent performance when exposed to corrosive media. Mechanically, it features excellent compressive and flexural strength as well as good dimensional stability, capable of withstanding long-term mechanical stress without deformation. In addition, it meets the UL 94 V-0 flame retardant standard, providing high safety assurance for electrical applications.
